Red Wines (Pinot Noir)

Côte de Beaune Village : fruity and generous, with black berry flavours, this wine is nice to drink young, and can age 8 to 10 years.

Maranges : red berry aromas (raspberry, cherry), supple mouth on the palate.

Santenay Cuvée "S" : this special cuvée is dense and full-bodied, with blueberry and blackberry flavours. Aged in oak barrels (1/3 new oak), it is both complex and precise. It can be  enjoyed for the next 12 years.

 Santenay 1er Cru "Clos Rousseau" : matured in barrels (1/3 new oak), this wine is full-bodied and powerfull. On the nose, we can smell black fruits, liquorice… Its tannins are round and rejuvinating. It can be kept in the cellar for 15 years.

Santenay 1er Cru "Clos des Mouches" : aged the same way as the “Clos Rousseau”, this Terroir gives a very fine wine with silky tannins, and delicate red berries and violet flavours. This velvet wine should be drunk on fine and light cuisine. It can be aged 15 years.

White Wines (Chardonnay)

Santenay Blanc :with white flowers, stone fruits and toasted bread aromas this wine has a nice palate, well-balanced and fruity, and it should be drunk over the next 6 years.

Santenay Blanc 1er Cru "Beaurepaire" : this wine is matured with 25 % new oak, and develops a large range of flavours, with white flowers, peach, apricot, and dried fruits. The palate is ample, mineral, and distinguished. A "Haute Couture" white Burgundy to drink for 6 years.
